- HubSpot — our customer relationship management system, which receives and stores enquiries, sample requests and discovery call bookings made through this website. HubSpot stores data in the United States and the European Union.
- Vercel — hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
- Google Fonts — used to display typography on this site; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
- Couriers and delivery partners — receive your name and delivery address so we can send samples and orders.
We do not sell your personal information. We may also share information where required by law, or to protect our rights and safety.
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. HubSpot sets a cookie that helps us recognise you when you submit a form and understand how visitors use our site. We also use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and understand which pages are most useful; Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes anonymised usage data in line with Google's Privacy Policy.
