We produce our own Australian-made range of natural plasters and renders using the highest quality Australian minerals, while working with the most aspirational material creators across the globe. On returning to Australia from overseas, Karmin founded Mineral Fox with the intention of changing the decorative coatings industry, and supplying finishes that are both inspirational and supportive of people’s health and the planet. Obsessed with all things plaster and render, she loves researching, travelling and developing new materials and finishes to inspire our clients. Karmin is passionate about reinventing traditional knowledge in a modern way.
Rob is ‘Mr Fox’ and looks after the commercial and fulfilment side of Mineral Fox. Rob has 20+ years experience working for global media agencies in account and commercial leadership roles and is the ‘yin’ to Karmin’s creative ‘yang’. In addition to managing the commercial side of the business, Rob also enjoys applying our products, and looking after our applicator partners across Australia.
Andrew has more than 30 years experience in both decorative plastering and complex tiling and has trained craftspeople around the world from Russia, Scandinavia, the UK and Australia. With incredible attention to detail, Andrew now shares his skills and experience as lead trainer at Mineral Fox Academy as well in his role as technical specialist. Andrew also manages select projects across the Sunshine Coast.
